Led a team of over 1000 dedicated professionals and phenomenal volunteers to ensure VIP transportation systems operated exceptionally during the PanAm and ParaPan Am games. Kept the focus on sports, letting our guests have no difficulties observing athletes in action. Developed training and operational plans that ensured sufficient contingency to meet surge requirements: augmenting athlete and technical official movements. Enhanced overall client experience by incorporating transportation considerations into venue planning. Prepared and reviewed RFX documents ensuring best value for the Games from transportation vendors while retaining the highest service standards.

Led a team of more than 170 personnel comprised of vehicle technicians, aircraft maintenance engineers, pilots, engineers, technical coordinators and administrative specialists. Hydro One fleet consisted of over 7300 vehicles, boat and trailers as well as 8 helicopters. Hydro One Fleet Services provided operational Lines of Business vehicles and work equipment and equipment support at all times to allow continued delivery of electricity and associated services safely and reliably to Ontario residents. Maintained customer support while reducing annual operating costs by six million dollars (5%). Managed an operating (O&M) budget of over $130 million and a capital budget of $60 million. Empowered team members to create effective self-organized teams, increasing responsiveness to customers. Delivered continuous improvement, developing and implementing initiatives that provided significant eco-benefits (economical and ecological).
