Oversee all financing, acquisitions, construction and project management.• Sourced, underwrote, acquired, repositioned, developed or advised on adaptive re-use apartments, mixed-use, student housing, and historical properties. • Managed all construction financing including monthly draw requests and financial reporting.• Analyzed and underwrote over 1,000,000 SF of buildings throughout the Midwest.The Buckingham Student Housing Renovation; Chicago, IL • Sourced the acquisition and oversaw renovations of 200,000 SF office building into 456 bed Student Housing facility.• Arranged multi-level financing of $45M including historic tax credits and construction financing.• Managed day-to-day operations, including asset management, property management, day-to-day financing, and construction activity.ADVISORY SERVICESMDA Apartments – Chicago, IL;• Oversaw redevelopment of historic 240,000 SF 23-story high rise in Chicago Loop • Directed architects, entitlements and general contractor through all pre-development phases. • Sourced historic tax credit finances totaling $6 million with a $43 million total project cost.Loring Park Apartments – Minneapolis, MN: • Managed redevelopment of 163 unit complex with 180 underground parking spaces. • Secured $24.9 million of tax exempt bonds after TIF financing dissolved.Uptown Apartments – Minneapolis, MN:• Two ground up development sites with underground parking and commercial retail• Provided all management of entitlement negotiations, architectural design management and construction/development oversight.
