* Maintained and upgraded FINRA’s NMLS (National Mortgage Loan system) in C# and ASP.Net Web Forms and MVC applications using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. Mortgage Brokers are required by State and Federal regulators to provide both company and individual information. This system is responsible for collecting that information and providing it to the appropriate regulators for evaluation, and license approval. This is a three tiered system using Oracle as a database, below a business layer and a web user interface on top. I worked on all three levels, mostly on the UI/Business layer, but also supported the database team with stored procedure development. This included License renewal processing, MU1, MU3, MU4 form processing, and Authorized Delegates. Performed Code Reviews. Worked with the Business Analysts to translate the Customer’s requirements into a working system. Used Agile Methodologies Unit Testing was via NUNIT Some database processing was done using nHibernate* Upgrade a multi-platform forms routing system that I previously created in C++, XML input format, and IBM MQ Series for transport to run on 64 bit systems. This included updating IBM MQ Series Increased the amount the data the system could process. This involved parsing full text data into fields to be included in the new database.

NSG is an advanced job routing system which used IBM MQSeries and XML. NSG runs on both Microsoft and UNIX platforms. * Designed and developed a cross-platform equation processor in C++ as part of an advanced automated surveillance system for NASDAQ. * Improved the filing through-put of Web IARD up to 400%. WebIARD is a web-based software system for the NASD that collects and processes registration requests and other related information for Investment Advisers.* Worked on NASDAQ’s Bond Automated Confirmation Transaction (BACT). I created a C++ NT Service for NASDAQ, which pulled system messages off their Tandem mainframe and place these messages into a SQL Server database.* Designed and developed Web CRD is a web-based software system for NASD that processes information, such as broker registrations, and monitors qualifications for Broker-Dealers and Investment Advisers.
