Yumbah is Australia's Leading vertically integrated shellfish producer. The role of senior finance manager is a project role to review and recommend improvements to finance processes and systems.

Finance lead for the Cooper Basin Asset, a legacy asset for Santos and Australia’s largest onshore oil and gas field development, including:- Co-ordination of annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting (three years)- Month end reporting, both into the corporate centre and to asset management- Half-year and year end reporting and related processes- Reporting on financial information at JV management committee meetings- Process simplification and improvement- Developing finance team members (team of three direct and 5 indirect reports)

Lead for all accounting aspects of the acquisition of Quadrant Energy, including:- Financial due diligence- Acquisition accounting (Purchase Price Allocation)- Accretion assessment (earnings and cash flow)- Preparing pro-forma financial statements

Finance lead for monthly management reporting, budgeting and forecasting including:- Co-ordination of annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting (three years)- Month end reporting, including consolidation of Business Unit results and commentary - Half-year and year end reporting and related processes- Provision of accounting or budget advice to Group Controller and CFO- Developing finance team members (team of three)

Lead all aspects of finance for the WA&NT Business Unit, including (but not limited to):- Financial accounting- JV accounting- Production accounting and reporting- Budgeting and forecasting (three years)- Month end reporting - Half-year and year end reporting and related processes- Quarterly presentations to the CEO and senior executives- Provision of accounting or budget advice- Developing finance team members (team of eight)

Manage a team of nine with overall responsibility for the group's month end close, financial report creation and maintenance, data integrity projects and process improvement.Significant involvement in several finance wide initiatives including project manager leading a chart of accounts enhancement.Significant experience with Oracle e-Business suite, including establishing myself as the finance business representative for Oracle related initiatives including the upgrade to R12 in 2011.

Manager of a team of nine with overall responsibility for corporate overhead cost allocations, project setup and maintenance, fixed asset accounting and joint venture accounting.

Team member responsible for the integrity of financial information sourced from the Oracle ERP system. Specific responsibilities included:- Undertaking key data integrity projects;- Preparing key monthly reconciliations;- Undertaking finance training;- Mentoring junior accountants; and- Delivering presentations to other finance employees.Developed significant knowledge in the areas of capital expenditure accounting processes and accounting for the effects of changes in foreign exchange rates.
