IPO 4/07 - Served Veraz Networks, a leading supplier of VoIP technologies to global service providers in the telecommunications industry. Executive VP Worldwide Services with responsibility for the revenue growth, business results and operational performance. Responsibilities included managing the professional services, training, technical support and managed services. Revenue and profitability of the Services business more than doubled over 3 years.

Held dual executive roles within Lucent Worldwide Services (LWS), acting as both the President of Cable Solutions and the Vice President of Managed Services. In this capacity, managed and directed all initiatives and operations related to the LWS Global Cable and Managed Services organizations. Also worked with various LWS clients to develop strategies for increasing revenues and integrating emerging technologies to support higher-value cable and managed services solutions. Initiated and managed all multi vendor OEM relationships. Participated in every stage of the business development and sales cycle, specializing in creating and defining new business opportunities in emerging technology and market segments. Both businesses achieved double digit revenue growth.Also served as the Vice-President of Business Development and Vice President of Planning and Product Management for LWS. Instrumental in developing and defining Lucent’s global services strategy, creating and executing a services go-to-market portfolio that significantly increased overall revenue from network services. Served as the LWS Vice President of Sales and Business Development in the Caribbean and Latin American region. Grew LWS sales in the region by 500% in just 4 years.
