Experienced with taking hospital orders categorized as “Stat” and/or “Patient is on the table” and must act promptly and correctly. Also proficient in leukoreduction, primary production of whole blood, plasma qualification, receiving “stat” orders from clients. Works and communicates with other labs to ensure the proper product is obtained to meet the customer’s needs and to ensure business continuity. Adheres to strict regulations enforced by the FDA, AABB, CAP and other regulatory agencies.
