CurrentProvide Tier 3 support for Magellan Endpoint and End Users. Responsible for project upgrading from deprecated Credant file-level encryption to up to date Dell Data Protection | Encryption (DDPE) file-level encryption. In addition, deployed DDPE from original 400 Endpoints to business-wide 1900 Endpoints. Led project setting up Microsoft Bitlocker Administration and Reporting which allows central management and reporting for Bitlocker whole-drive encryption on Windows 10 Enterprise PCs. Responsible for administration of Carbon Black Protection (Bit 9) on over 2400 Endpoints. This includes processing over 700 Application Whitelisting requests annually. Responsible for managing Virtual Desktops environment using VMware vSphere and VMware Horizon/View software. Used IBM Big Fix for application fixlet creation and deployment, and hardware/software monitoring. Led project developing, training, and deploying CrossMatch Altus Biometric software/hardware for Operation Control Center (OCC) to use Biometric authentication for critical SCADA computers and software. Primary Endpoint support for critical Operation Control Center normal and redundancy operations. Project lead on moving redundant OCC and Disaster Recovery Endpoints from existing site to its current facility. This included upgrading hardware and software to expand Redundancy and DR operation in case of emergencies and exercises.
