To create short to long term initiatives through strategic process that fit within the company’s brand image, To create cultural messages, With customer service at the core. To demonstrate an extremely detailed and structured approach through follow up to ensure our initiatives are effective and understood at all levels. A brief synopsis of this role includes hiring developing and motivating personnel, Creation and distribution of Management information to highlight opportunities within the business and reward success. Management of Growth expectations through pricing strategy, competition reviews, marketing plans specific to our varied business lines and to oversee sales personnel’s success. Individually creating new business partnerships with senior management/ownership on both a local and national level.
