Current- On secondment to Vantage Towers Ireland.Overseeing the identification and acquisition of Radio Base Station sites.Receive instructions to search a given area and identify sites suitable for development as a radio base.
- Determine site development feasibility, property ownership liaise with landowners to establish site suitability.
- Obtain appropriate approvals to gain access to properties.
- Report to the Client with several options in the given area.
- Receive instructions to progress the acquisition of the client's preferred option
- Negotiate and agree Heads of Terms with the Site Provider and / or their Agent.
