I am a NASM certified personal trainer and a self-trained fitness enthusiast for the last 7 years, and in the last 3 years I have been helping coach my friends informally. Through my health journey I've learned how to keep myself accountable. I now understand what makes me motivated, and I help my clients figure out what works for their own routine to best achieve their goal. I have always believed the importance of health – to live a healthy life is to live a good life. This passionate mindset is what bring to my clients. Prior to my studies at FPTI, I worked as an Implementation Specialist for a company that offers workplace solutions to optimize information flow across businesses. Being at that job taught me to train people and offer them well-studied solutions that work in accordance with their own companies’ specific circumstances. This came easy to me as I was always a person who listened for and observed my customer’s needs. This was my experience as well when I was Front Desk Receptionist, and prior to that a Barista, at a high-end salon in Manhattan. I was promoted in 3 months because I take improvement very seriously, and I believe in helping clients in the best way that suits their lifestyle. I am actively seeking to expand my knowledge in fitness coaching for different clientele. Growing up in Brooklyn, New York, I have learned how to be resourceful and tough – and I want to make sure my clients know that working with me means they get specialized attention and accountability.I recently got my certification for the Personal Training Master Course program at Focus Personal Training Institute, and am CPR/AED certified.
