Working within the Office of Development and Alumni Relations, I aided the department's activities through data compilation and analysis, research and writing, and operational support.

I was involved in multiple functions within this independent Catholic school in Boston's historic South End. I was responsible for maintenance of our school's student information system (Rediker) and development database (Raiser's Edge), and leveraging both tools to provide administrators with actionable data concerning, respectively, student academic performance and prospecting for purposes of fundraising and development. The unique and multifaceted nature of this position required me to work with each of the school's administrative departments in addition to providing support to educators and students.

Served as the primary monitor of student attendance, with the goal of maintaining or exceeding a 96% attendance rate in a school of approximately 450 students. By collaborating with parents, teachers, other service providers, and students, I coordinated appropriate services and interventions with the goal of reducing absenteeism and increasing student achievement.I also assisted and supported teachers around student discipline concerns by coming into classrooms to directly work with students to address behaviors that have an impact on student safety or learning conditions.
