CurrentLeading a team that performs basic and translational immuno-oncology research to discover and develop novel immunotherapies for cancer. We leverage Regeneron’s unique antibody engineering platforms to develop and characterize a variety of tumor-targeted therapeutics that recruit immune effector functions.-Lead preclinical IND-enabling and mechanistic in vivo studies to characterize the anti-tumor activities of multi-specific and bispecific antibodies that engage a variety of immune effector cells.-Champion Regeneron’s internal cellular therapy (CAR T cell, TCR T cell) research efforts, and lead the day-to-day collaborative R&D efforts with industry CAR T partners.-Discover novel tumor-specific and immune targets for addition to the Regeneron immuno-oncology pipeline.
