Manage all current fleet, future fleet and prototypical Mounted Armored Vehicle (MAV) testing at the Yuma Proving Grounds, AZ including: Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle Program (AMPV); Bradley Fighting Vehicles; and M88A3 programs. Served as Operational Test NCOIC for the Modular Assault Shotgun System, M320 40mm Grenade Launcher, Guardian Dismounted IED Jammer, Light weight Thermal Weapons Sight, and Soldier Protection Demonstration.

Managed the division 24-hour joint current operations center providing tactical support to all subordinate units. Continuously updated the Division Commander on the flow of battle. Designed and implemented the Division battle tracking system, enabling leaders to make better, faster real-time decisions. Implemented a crucial training and deployment strategy for the Division’s simultaneous deployment to operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. Revised the Division SOP for staffing command correspondence, enhancing the efficiency while reducing man-hours by 1,040 annually. As the division operations C4ISR representative, I conducted multiple operational events focusing on the interoperability of Global Command and Control Systems; Maneuver Control System, Light; Command and Control Personal Computer; All Source Analysis System; Air and Missile Defense Work Station and Falconview.

Resourced and managed the daily combat maneuver and sustainment support for all current U.S. combat operations throughout Afghanistan through my staff of 106 personnel including their equipment, supplies and facilities. Supervised all battle staff functions on the Joint Operations Center floor. Integrated all Army Battle Command Systems used by Combined Joint Task Force -76 resulting in a true Joint Common Operating Picture. Developed battle-tracking systems for the Joint Staff and instituted a rigorous training program for Joint Operations Cell personnel increasing operational support time by 32%. Authored and implemented the Combined Joint Task Force-76 Digital Standard Operating Procedures used throughout the Combined Joint Operations Area (CJOA). Trained the Operations teams of four Combined Task Forces, Combined Forces Command and Forward Surgical Teams on Command post operations and on their command and control systems increasing situational awareness CJOA-wide. Worked closely with the State Department and defense contractors, refining Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems for increased efficiency and future application.
