I am currently working as a Software Analyst for Swagelok Southeast Texas. Working with previously implemented software to improve functionality and production for sales and service teams, as well as increase the customer experience. Recently, collaborated with a team to implement a new SAP Business One system and created queries and modules to support productive working practices. This utilized my SQL and development experience to create cloud-based analytical tools that provide a view into this information.Previously was working in technical sales. Here I was working directly with our engineering firm clients, and other long term projects. Managing all technical documentation, testing, and schedules involved with these projects.
