Developed Test Strategies and Test Plans based on Product Requirements defined within System Engineering specifications. Developed, supported, maintained and executed integration, regression and scalability tests for the Tellabs Integrated Mobile Backhaul Solution and Digital Cross-Connect systems. Trained and mentored junior Test Engineers.

Project E.L.F was a Department of Defense contract awarded to IITRI by the U.S. Navy to design, develop and maintain the E.L.F. (Extremely Low Frequency) Communications Systems used to communicate with submerged ballistic missile submarines around the world.• Designed new residential electrical services for customers receiving power from Michigan’s Upper Peninsula Power Company (UPPCO). These services were specially designed to mitigate the induced voltages from the ELF Antennas nearby.• Organized and managed the regular scheduled testing of all UPPCO customers to ensure induced ELF voltages were within nominal range.• Authored quarterly and yearly reports directly to United States Navy detailing project status, activities performed and test results of all UPPCO customers.
