I have driven people development in my own teams and have raised the commercial and financial acumen across the broader business. I have a passion for coaching and in developing others to reach their potential and have become an accredited Human Synergistics practitioner and Strategic Business Partnering trainer to coach others in building their capability.My experience has been built with two global FMCG organisations (United Biscuits and Associated British Foods) which has enabled me to work in the UK, Australia and New Zealand
