• Provide support for IT systems and endusers in all China facilities and site offices, including but not limited to: MES, ERP, virtual and physical servers, LAN/WAN equipments, access control, video surveillance, desktop computers and laptops, communication, and collaboration systems. • Manage lifecycle for all D&T maintained devices and maintain suppliers for IT equipments/services at local sites.• Collaborate with the regional and global D&T organization to maintain the service catalogue and SLA in alignment with global / regional & site-specific IT services.• Participate in local, regional, and global D&T projects implementation and act as SPOC to coordinate roll-out of same on local site level. Key projects:"Paperless" system implementation; production machines connectivity, CCTV refreshment.

Shanghai

Perform real-time monitoring for network, servers, databases and applications with standard monitoring tool such as Tivoli, Nagios,etc.Offer level-one technical support for multiple IT domains - shopfloor systems, EDI, SAP, office automation, network,etc.Work on projects to improve team KPIs and meet SLA defined with technical teams. Have regular meeting with teams from other countries to review and improve work performance.Responsible for weekly/monthly report as well as documentation of working instruction.

Provide real-time IT support to Faurecia Asia employees by means of Stratos ticket, call and e-mail.Offer level-1 functional support regarding multiple corporate applications, office automation and EITtools and SAP as well as escalating IT issues per category.Possess an adequate understanding of the support chain and point of contact for most of the commonsystems, applications and tools.Take the lead in offering effective assistance about newly-implemented systems as well as working outfeasible solutions to tricky problems.
