Laboratory And Quality Manager
CurrentManage the chemical analysis laboratory and supervise 3 chemists. Set sample priorities based on customer requirements, wafer fab priority requests, and customer shutdown situations. Direct instrument calibration and quality control system, including spike recoveries, and calibration confirmation standards. Directly support sample output by performing analyses. Leader of the Change Control Board which approves method improvements or developments, continuous improvement coordination and approval, corrective and preventative actions. Responsible for final approval of all quality system and operational document changes. Perform most of the lab’s internal audits to ensure critical requirements for ISO17025 accreditation and renewal. Performs method developments for new products or new analytical services. Supporting the current expansion of services and laboratory design (RoSH instrumentation, LP-ICPMS analysis, cleanroom expansion, DI water installation and laboratory layout).
