With over six years of work experience in quality assurance and software engineering, I am a QA Lead that has overseen the testing and validation of an online food ordering platform. I use Jira, test automation, and SDLC methodologies to ensure the quality and reliability of the product and the user experience. Previously, I was a QA Engineer at delivery.com, and a Search Language Specialist for Google, where I worked with Qualitest to improve the accuracy and relevance of the search engine results. I have a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from New York University, and a B.E. in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey. I have a passion for learning new technologies and applying them to solve real-world problems. I am a team player, a problem solver, and a customer advocate.
