Reporting to the Vice President of Supply Chain Planning. Responsible for strategic and operational supply planning for 8 brands with $700M in annual sales. Responsibilities include planning capacity, critical raw materials, inventory strategies and distribution for multiple product lines at 6 major, nationwide production facilities. Provide analysis for capacity utilization and forecasted demand. Focus on maintaining effective inventory levels between the Manufacturing Orgs and Distribution Centers to support customer service targets. Perform analysis for "Least Landed Cost” for distribution, evaluating service, demand and production location. Develops recommendations for service area changes. Participates in Global and Business Unit Operation meetings and facilitates discussions on supply plans, manufacturing utilization, logistics and inventory strategies. Monitors service and compliance performance measurements. Directs activities to ensure procedural compliance and efficiencies.Participates during design and development of new products, ensuring Supply Chain capability and capacity. Determines and communicates organization and facility readiness.Develops and improves supply planning processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize facility output and manufacturing costs. Key lead in supporting Class A Supply Chain integrated planning control processes and Oracle ERP system improvements. Responsible for maintaining correct MRP planning parameters and product category master data.

Reporting to the NA Operations Director. Manage the North American Supply Chain team with 12 reports responsible for purchasing, planning and logistics of two ISO 9001 certified chemical manufacturing facilities and 2 distribution centers in the US and Canada. Products include silicone formulated specialties and commodities for direct sales and distribution to the textile, automotive and healthcare industries.•Responsible for NA Supply Chain strategic and operational planning, forecasting, and logistics to support global, domestic and intercompany sales. Key contributor to the Global budgeting process. Directly manage capacity planning, product flows and sourcing decisions with our Global Supply Chain team. . •Oversee NA SOIP process with Business Directors, Market Managers, Sales and Operations. Manage forecasting process including historical, mathematical and seasonal logic with sales intelligence that drive our ERP to develop tactical demand and supply plans.•Responsible for purchasing $60M of strategic raw materials, services, MRO and capital projects. Key annual supplier negotiations and cost savings initiatives have saved 2-3% per year.•Developed formal RFQ and purchasing processes, implemented annual supplier agreements and contracts. Created supplier performance and risk management programs. •Support new product and supplier development in conjunction with R&D, Business, Sales, Industrial and Quality. Key operational interface with Customer Service, Technical, Quality and Manufacturing.•Set-up our import, export and freight procedures and contracts. Integrated with our 3PL’s for improved management of bulk, FCL-LCL and FTL-LTL shipments. Responsible for our Customs Broker, Freight Forwarder, trade compliance, duty management, NAFTA, C-TPAT, RCMS and other regulatory requirements. •Oversight of SAP PP and MM master date, set-up MRP logic and flows for NA operations.
