I am currently a graduate of the BSc in Physics and instrumentation course in ATU and also a graduate of the Medical physics MSc in NUIG, currently working as a clinical radiotherapy engineer. I am a motivated and results-driven professional with a diverse background in test development engineering, clinical engineering, and research assistance. With experience as a Test Development Engineer, Clinical Engineer, and as a Research Assistant, I have developed a strong foundation in various technical disciplines.During my Time at Valeo as a Test Development Engineer, I honed my skills in designing and implementing efficient testing processes to ensure the quality and reliability of products. I successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, optimize testing methodologies, and enhance product performance. Through my meticulous approach and attention to detail, I consistently delivered accurate and precise test results, contributing to the overall success of the projects.In my role as a Clinical radiotherapy engineer, I had the opportunity to combine my technical expertise with my passion for healthcare. Working closely with medical professionals, I supported the implementation and maintenance of medical Linear accelerators and other medical devices, ensuring their proper functionality and adherence to regulatory standards. I also provided comprehensive training and support to medical staff, fostering a seamless integration of technology into the healthcare environment.As a Research Assistant in GMIT, I actively participated in various research projects involving a micro computer, the BBC Micro:bit during my time I conducted experiments whilst collecting and analyzing data, and contributing to the publication of scientific papers. This experience has strengthened my analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as my ability to work independently and as part of a research team.Throughout my professional career, I have demonstrated strong adaptability, continuously embracing new challenges and learning opportunities. I am adept at managing multiple tasks and deadlines, thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments. Moreover, my excellent communication and interpersonal skills have allowed me to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build lasting professional relationships.
