I am a people-first Engineering Manager who fosters a culture of support and connectedness on my teams through one-on-ones, feedback sessions, informal gatherings, and retrospectives. My time spent in consulting across various industries and companies has highlighted a recurring need for reliable, transparent, and empathetic leaders. This has been my primary non-technical focus as my environment and surroundings constantly change.
