Oversee the following areas: Data Analytics, Predictive Modeling, Portfolio Management, ERM Reporting, Management Reporting, Data Management, Model Risk. Lead key strategic initiatives including: CECL Model Development and Implementation; maintenance of predictive decision models, stress testing, ERM reboot, model version control/change control; key financial reporting change control.

Oversee Farm Credit East's Data Analytics group as part of the Enterprise Risk Management function. Primary areas include Portfolio Management and Data Analytics.

Lead and participate in branch and business unit audits. Collaborate with Chief Audit Executive on annual audit plan and annual risk assessment evaluating inherent and residual risks across various controls and potential fraud areas. Complete ICFR/SOX testing. Train staff on fraud awareness and prevention.Lead internal Fraud Investigations. Track and report on fraud related findings and present to Senior Management and Association Counsel.

Internal Credit Review - Lead branch and business unit loan reviews; collaborate with staff and management throughout review to ensure a "no surprises" approach; hold closeout sessions with Branch Managers and Regional Managers; write final review reports monitor completion of corrective actions. Train staff on common pitfalls. Develop automated exception reports to improve scoping and to provide value to branches.Tax Program Review - Lead annual tax preparation service program review; lead cross-functional review teams sourced from branch tax teams; hold planning sessions, kickoff sessions, and closeout sessions; write final review reports; monitor completion of corrective actions. Present results to Senior Management Team. Present common pitfalls during annual tax preparer training seminar.Lead internal Fraud Investigations. Track and report on fraud related findings and present to Senior Management and Association Counsel.
