Principal Consultant and Engagement ManagerMy role is split between a Principal Consultant role; providing Procurement consultancy advice, delivery on that advice, supporting eSourcing requirements, delivery of eProcurement implementation projects, mainly Coupa, and that of an Engagement Manager: growing our business with existing clients and supporting the pre-sales process.I also have a team of 4 consultants that report into me when they are not working on specific projects.I am a Certified Coupa Implementation Partner and has been involved in a variety of Coupa implementation projects including, NEC Europe, dmg media, Swiss Re, Cofely Limited, Spotify, BAE System, AIB, JD Sports, ASSA ABLOY and Investcorp Bank. As of the end of March 2019 I will have been involved in 19 different implementations of Coupa in a variety of roles. Which includes NEC Europe, the first Coupa client to go live in the UK.I have also developed XoomTune, an optimisation tool, to identify areas where clients can address issues and process challenges to improve the value they get from their S2P implementations.Additionally I have worked with Crown Commercial Services on their guided buying and digitilisation programme.Within our procurement consultancy line of business I have advised on client process, procedures and behaviours, identifying improvement and efficiency opportunities as well as key input during P2P system design sessionsI have also delivered training courses to other clients including Nordea and Home Retail GroupI also worked with a Xoomworks colleague to win the prestigious SAP Business Innovation Award 2013 for a Collaborative Sourcing proposal.

This role is responsible for the procurement of all Engineering Stores Stock items and Capital and Revenue items below £15k. Other responsibilities include;Identification of productivity and saving opportunities.Maintaining and managing supplier relationships and sourcing options.Solving sourcing issues for internal clients.Management of order issues where appropriate.Resolving service agreement issues.Managing tender process for spends above £15k (internal and web based processes).Investigated outsource projects for Facility Management and Engineering Stores Services.As a result the Engineering Stores operation (including Procurement function) has been successfully outsourced, with potential productivities in excess of £200k.Since then I have been involved in the continued development of Engineering Stores commercial contract.This has also included extensive contract and procedural implementations.Projects included;Review of Intermediate Bulk Containers, Safety Consumables, Catering Services, R&D Capital Savings, Service ContractsI have also been involved in the upgrade of our current SAP system to SAP 4.6, including EBP module, validation, testing and the creation of e-catalogues.

Responsible for daily output from Thermal Hydrolysis Extraction Operation, part of the soluble Coffee Production process which deals with gaining extra soluble coffee solids from spent and Roast and Ground beans.
