- SAP site specialist MM module- Problem solving in different SAP modules (MM/FICO/WM)- Master Material maintenance responsible

- Routing creation through SAP system- Administration and analysis of KPI’s of Master Data consistency- Create, manage and release documentation to in SAP module- Master Material Management- SAP ERP environment in multiple functional areas

- Development and implementation of Work Instructions (SOP).- Member of implementation team for receiving new projects.- Support troubleshooting and defect elimination of the lines in charge.- New projects development (time planning, preliminary designs, cost analysis, validation of procedure) including the PPAP meetings to accomplish the PPAP requirements.- Programming and parameter modifications on soldering & PCB depanel router robots.- Product test's through MDA (manufacturing defect analyzer) and FCT (functional circuit test).- Capture of cycle times, bottlenecks identification, and second level YAMAZUMI development.- Direct arrangements with clients for specific requirements and providers.- Development of FMEA (failure mode and effects analysis).- Follow up of 8D's analysis.- Obtainment of temperature profiling to study the product behaviour.- Implementation & Release of new process for mass production
