Responsibilities Include but are not limited to the following:- Ensure accurate and timely loading of the data into the database- Perform database queries to analyze and validate data- Perform detailed data analysis to support changes to reports and/or processes- Proactively analyze and troubleshoot problems and issues associated with the data- Actively participate in data management initiatives involving multiple business partners

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to the following:- Development of production reports for business unit end users; Reporting on Financial and Activity measures- Provide reporting solutions using a number of tools: SAP Business Objects, Oracle Business Intelligence, and Hyperion Interactive Reporting Studio- Provide Data Visualization and interactivity through development of Tableau Dashboards- Manage ad-hoc data and report request from business unit end-users- Ensure timely delivery of reporting to end users while maintaining high standards of data quality- Assist in cross-group reporting activities as part of reporting Center of Excellence (COE)

Responsibilities Included but were not limited to the following:- Serve as a subject matter expert in all areas to increase team efficiency- Organize Fund, Task, and Audit Schedules for accounting team- Assist Management with time sensitive projects, including weekend fund events- Work to ensure all daily and monthly benchmarks are met by the accounting team- Facilitate cross divisional communication to increase accounting productivity- Continue to operate effectively with the responsibilities of senior analyst and analyst role when applicable

Responsibilities Included but were not limited to the following:- Increased responsibility through daily prep of most complex fund types- Assist in creating understanding through training and mentoring of new team members- Continue to operate effectively with the responsibilities of entry accounting analyst role

Responsibilities Included but were not limited to the following:- Analyze daily NAV’s before client dissemination - Review transactions on a daily basis to ensure conformity to policies and procedures- Monitor cash and asset variances between core systems and accounting systems on a daily basis, resolving discrepancies- Perform monthly audits of mutual fund accounting statements to ensure accurate reporting- Utilize teamwork skills in communicating with others towards issue resolution
