Successfully led the transformation of the business into military and industrial markets adding value, stability, improved relationships providing long term financial stability of the business.

Relocated to USA to be the Global Leader of our Automation business unit, personally supporting major accounts in North America. Fully responsible for the engineering, operations and commercial aspects of the business.

Assisted the Owner in new plant configuration of a green field site expanding our business from 2 English locations to a 3rd in Scotland. Hiring of employees, and establishing process's. Later became responsible for the Automation business unit and rental equipment business.

Provided supervision to a team of up to 10 inspectors and QA assurance technicians. In 1990 I was transferred to the IBM new product launch team. In this role we developed manufacturing and test processes to effectively produce complex electronic assemblies.
