PD Project Management - Contributed to the design and development of new office products and implement product improvements of existing products for Staples global affiliates. - Collaborated with Product Managers, Product Designers, Packaging, Quality Control, Legal, and Asia Sourcing to create products that met our customers’ performance and cost targets.- Guided projects through all technical aspects of the product development cycle including idea generation, design refinement, concept to engineering specs, tooling and production. - Communicated with suppliers domestically and internationally via phone, e-mail, and in person. - Worked with independent testing labs to test products against protocols. • Prepared, distributed, and managed literature and DOD mailings to large conferences and new advisor seminars • Provided YTD sales, PY sales, and AUM sales data through the use of v-looks ups for Key Account Manager (KAM) assigned firms such as Merrily Lynch, Wells Fargo, and Edward Jones• Created and implemented a new sales snapshot tool that provides a one page overview of sales data and personalized notes for KAM’s and wholesaler usage• Developed and presented a sales pitch on the MFS Managed Wealth Fund to give KAM’s a targeted script when meeting with new advisors• Added and updated advisor information in the CRM database (Saleslogix)
