A highly competitive and skilled professional whose passion for all levels of the game is unquestionable. As a player, I have a defensive team first mind-set. As a coach I aim to help develop the game within Ireland and allow young players to learn the values of hard work and develop the skills which will allow them to progress and play at a higher level. I put more emphasis on doing the right things than the overall result, as if you do the right thing and put the right work in, the results will come.
