Oversee administrative tasks for the Aberdeen Rope Access Department - Duties include the creation of all purchase orders and invoices relating to equipment and man hours for the Department. Budget management and financial forecasts. Quote clients on forthcoming work and establish viable procedures with purchasers for billing. Processing of timesheets and job specific paperwork (daily reports, risk assessments, work permits). Co-ordination of offshore mobilisations (Liaise with logistics and forward flight times/locations to personnel, book accomodation and process food/drink/travel expenses). Maintain department filing systems and personnel database, updating of training records and booking of staff training courses. Assist in the recruitment of new staff by contacting prospective canditates and liasing with HR Department to create contracts.
