It’s a remote job. I work for TikTok as a mentor/ coach for creators to help better their content creation and to increase revenue. I run multiple incentives every week based off creator’s performance and also go to New York for meetings occasionally as well as managing the company as a whole. Essentially we work for TikTok contracted out beyond that I work directly with TikTok’s marketing and mentorship program to come up with strategies to make creators more innovative and dedicated to the app itself.

I am a shift lead at maggies on the mountain. I make sure our employees are held up to the highest standards. My kitchen runs smoothly with or without managers present.
