• Manage a team of 15 engineers. • Built and developed a team that was in crisis, with low morale, dealing with difficult technology challenges into a new team possessing strong interpersonal bonds and high motivation that received recognition as one of the best functioning Engineering teams in the factory. • Solve difficult technology issues of which some have also been implemented in Intel’s worldwide factories. Close work with OEM’s (Original Equipment Manufacturer), Intel global teams (USA) and local Intel teams (finance, Process Integration, QA, Engineering)• Drove major manufacturing and quality improvement projects.

• Built and developed a team of 50 workers including managers, engineers and technicians responsible for the upgrade of the Dry Etch Department to the latest Intel manufacturing technology (10th Generation Intel chips). • Created a team that owned the demolition and installation of over 100 super complex machines in a very short timeframe. Installation included all the tools facilities – clean SS gas lines, electrical cabinets and cables, vacuum lines and pumps, exhaust lines, water supply lines and more. • Project Integration – close work with Planning, schedulers, layout team, finance, buyers and team managers in the field. Prioritized and synchronized between the various contractor groups (electrical, mechanical and piping) of over 100 people. • Found creative solutions for installation issues all while shortening the schedule and adhering to very strict safety and quality guidelines. • Worked closely with all relevant support groups and project managers in the factory and Intel USA.

Close work with the development factory in Intel USA and production machines OEM’s.• Learned to maintain and troubleshoot the manufacturing machines which were highly sophisticated production machines.• Developed the team for advanced process and machine problem-solving capabilities. • Led major improvement projects that were later successfully implemented in all of Intel’s worldwide factories.
