-Lead PM for ”Enso” pain relief; a Nordic MCU based device, charger, and body electrode platform.-Led over-the-air (OTA) BLE firmware update features for motion sensor and Enso platforms.-Re-configured exercise kits to reduce SKUs from 130 to 48, and first shipment from 11 to 5 months.

-Shipped first Health CVML product; the “Echo Loop” ultra miniature Bluetooth Alexa ring. Led product development gates, executive updates, change management, and launch across Lab126 hardware, Alexa Science software, Alexa app mobile, and Health CVML firmware teams.-Managed technical feasibility, cost modeling, and scoping of the “Halo View” motion tracker watch.

-Led development and shipped IOT “Pico S”, “Pico C”, and “Z series” beer brewing systems. Co-developed pico pack, fluid system, PID steam heating control, common WIFI PCBA platform, 7 position fluid manifold system, and a low pressure brewing keg. -Scaled hardware and supply chain engineering from a single SKU, Seattle built, 100 units/month capacity, to a 2 platform, Guadalajara MX and Milpitas CA built, 8K units/month capacity. -Managed Mechanical, Electrical, RF, Test, QA, Sourcing, and Manufacturing engineering team (~10).

-Led 24 month development of “Vertica”bean-to-cup coffee brewer platform to replace batch coffee at 20K Starbucks cafes. Patented modular solution and achieved a 27s process KPI, and 15% IRR target.-Co-developed 50A circuit power arbitrage patent to optimize boiling and maximize store throughput.Secured $14MM in program funding and built a team of 25+ (full-time/contract).

-Led wrist worn heart rate and GPS tracking for “Xbox Joule” that became the “Microsoft band”.-Led licensing with LED/diode patent owner and Lululemon brand collaboration.-Led insourcing to use .NET micro framework and patented low-cost capacitive touch design.

-Program managed 18 month bare metal “Sportwatch GPS” program for Nike and TomTom. Led portions of hardware architecture, product engineering, user test, NPI, and web mapping integration.-Led physical UX projects for Samsung (phone), Microsoft (mouse), Panasonic (in-flight).

-Led external firm hardware engineering, industrial design, and packaging for PC peripherals.-Sourced and led design integration with Taiwan/China keyboard and game controller manufacturers.
