Oversaw all Elite Airways' revenue. Increased revenue every year by over 12% despite fluctuating fleet size. Oversaw expense budgets for the following departments: Marketing, airport station operations, Inflight cabin operations, Flight Attendants, and Reservations. Ensured regulatory compliance at airport stations, Inflight and Flight Attendants. Highlights of this role include:● Joined organization as Inflight Manager and Director of Sales eventually earning a promotion to Senior Vice President with responsibility for multiple departments and the second-ranked executive. ● Developed revenue stream and diversified support infrastructure from ground-up to achieve $54M in annual revenue with high-return programs involving NCAA, Resort/Casino, Oil/Gas, and professional athletic organizations.● Collaborated with start-up teammates to lead the company in securing FAA Part 121 Certification.● Conceptualized and launched scheduled services with comprehensive oversight of IT/network planning, reservation platform integration, GDS implementation, revenue management processes, and marketing; Led scheduled service to accomplish $15M annually with a 90% route profitability rate.● Spearheaded employee development strategies by writing Flight Attendant Manual and creating Flight Attendant Training Program.● Ensured complete Cabin Safety compliance by acting as an administrative authority on FAA Safety Attribute Inspections.● Authored Stations Operations Manual in addition to developing Stations/Customer Service training program with specialized expertise on operational safety compliance in alignment with FAA.● Created and managed the execution of scheduled services marketing plan designed to reach markets in New York, Chicago, and Phoenix with targeted promotions through digital, televised, radio, and print media.
