Major achievements include the instigation of management for ground safety and maintenance where few systems existed; a move from over-reliance on agency staff for stewarding to primarily employed staff; delivery of matches almost exclusively on a Club security/Police-free basis; planning and delivery of capacity crowds for 2012/13 home games versus Arsenal (largest crowd at Valley Parade for 60 years) and Aston Villa; development of sales strategy for two Wembley appearances in one season (Capital One Cup and 2nd Division play-off) and guiding the Club to being only the third Club in the country to achieve the Carbon Trust Standard.
