From humble beginnings in 2009. It was a chance meeting that spurred Paul & I to join together in business. We both shared a vision to provide the wedding & event industry with a unique and talented DJ entertainment company in our local area. It wasn’t long until we realised, we could not do this on our own. The team soon grew with reliable and highly skilled members, some are still within the company today. The ‘eureka moment’ soon came from the realisation that a collective effort of creative minds within our team allowed us to think outside the box and easily visualise scenarios and designs. This soon created a demand for additional lighting and décor hire that were ahead of current trends and gaining influence within the industry. As the years passed, the ‘DJing’ faded out, and renting products and services progressed into providing full sound, lighting, and AV productions. When 2020 saw a complete change in the world. The events and hospitality sectors were especially affected. With big plans to continue evolving, like many businesses, we had to find a way to diversify. A natural avenue for the company was within the seasonal & festive lighting sector. As we emerged from the testing times that the pandemic brought us, the company name changed from Dreamwave Events to the Dreamwave Group to better represent the company structure and services it provides today. A recent restructuring has entrusted the company’s day-to-day running and operations to the Dreamwave Management Team: Yasmin, Spike, Steven & Hayley. These individuals and their colleagues look after two key areas: Sound, Lighting & AV Production Services at selected partner locations and Twinkly Pro Project Sales and Trade Support.
