You took me under your wing not once but twice. Throughout my working life, I’ve never had a boss/supervisor/manager that has actually genuinely cared for their employees as much as you have. You always ensure the safety and well-being of staff is top priority. You treat everyone as equals, whether they are full timers, trainees, casuals, labor hire, everyone is always made to feel part of the team. You acknowledge and understand that not everyone is the same.. with that, you get to know everyone’s strengths and weaknesses and work accordingly with them. It makes a world of difference having a boss that is hands on, passionate, understanding, caring, approachable/open to any new ideas and foremost, appreciative of their staff. Besides helping me achieve my dream of getting in the field, you have helped me immensely on a personal level too. I can not express how much it’s meant to me and still means to me, that you have never once given up on me.. even when I had all but given up on myself. You have always pushed me to never lose sight of what’s important and accomplish my goals I honestly can not thank you enough "
