• I signed in all agency staff as they arrived. • I organised the staff and sent them to the relevant areas. • I monitored the staff throughout the shift to make sure there weren’t any problems. • I arranged holidays if requested by staff. • I ran the inductions for new staff including fire safety talks and providing new work PPE. • I made sure that all staff signed out as they should at the end of the shift.
