I joined Adjusters International Pacific Northwest in 2012 and since then, I have represented victims of major disasters throughout the Western United States. I work with teams of structural experts, inventory specialists, forensic accountants, and insurance attorneys to handle large commercial losses.I was inspired to become a public adjuster after witnessing firsthand the impersonal and mercenary nature of insurance companies after a catastrophic loss. I decided to join AIPNW in 2012 and found a passionate team whose goals aligned with his ambitions to make a difference. Each new case is an opportunity to help families and businesses emotionally and financially through the insurance claims process. I am particularly proud of the impact my work had on families whose homes were destroyed in a 2015 catastrophic fire that ravaged a small community in Wenatchee, Washington. With disasters of this magnitude, my team and I were able to connect quickly with affected families and help put their lives back together.
