The focus of the CIM Group is primarily in indigenous public and private companies. We service international companies in the Consumer, Industrial and Markets services sectors. Our audit client list includes some of Ireland’s largest publicly quoted companies along with some of Ireland’s largest private companies. In addition, through our “Private Irish Business” initiative, we target small, medium and large indigenous Irish companies which play a key role in the Irish economy. We also act as auditors to a range of multinational companies which have operations in Ireland.Main Responsibilities;- Planning and day-to-day management of the audit and budget - Liaising closely with clients - Reviewing audit work papers - Researching and resolving technical queries from clients - Reviewing financial statements - Liaising with directors and partners, as well as other professionals and departments including Tax, Professional Standards, Business Performance and IT Advisory Services and Actuarial, etc. - Preparation of reports to management on issues identified during the audit - Responsibility for managing the successful completion of the audit

The firm employs circa 50 members of staff and offers auditing, taxation, company secretarial and general business advisory services.Main Responsibilities;- Plan, execute and complete the audit of financial statements on SME's across wide range of sectors - Preparation of statutory financial statements and consolidated group financial statements in accordance with Irish and UK GAAP and applicable laws and regulations- Managed the audit of a number of grant claims on behalf of Enterprise Ireland, the European Commission and the European Research Council, and preparation of audit reports in relation to same- Managing all assignments from initial planning through to completion- Reporting into a management team of partners and managers, working towards the achievement of departmental goals and targets- On site problem solving of client issues or concerns while dealing with all levels of client management- Continual supervision and internal training of junior staff enabling them to reach set objectives- Secondment abroad for large multinational client involved in wealth management and financial services
