Responsibility for the active financial management and the planning of annual budgets, with Joint Venture partners, Site Support Staff, Head Office backroom support and Ofto on a regular and ad-hoc basis. In all cases maintaining solid professional working relationship with my partners. Actively involved with creating the annual business plan including the safety, financial and operational requirements allowing the business to operate in a planned and efficient manner. This is accompanied by the BOW safety road map which plans out the safety and quality performance. Further responsibilities include the important people management skills essential for good staff recruitment, retention and performance. This is accompanied by the required development and training essential in a possibly hazardous environment. Also a 132kv Senior Authorised Person (SAP) for all Safety Documentation and High voltage switching up to 133kv. This includes being part of the 24hr duty SAP/Manager call out rota for any activities regarding the wind farm or its associated High voltage systems. Show less
