Order material, direct employees, read blueprints, interact with the customer, wire equipment (inside and outside), place structures and equipment. I also can organize paperwork that relates to the field or the office (QA/QC, daily reports, timesheets, invoicing, etc...) and administer all safety precautions in the field. Specializing in substation construction for National Grid and Eversource (PSNH). I have worked hand in hand with the customer to schedule the flow of construction and how it relates to upcoming outages that are necessary for adding a substation into the system.

Same as the general foremans' position, as well as, attend job performance meetings with the customer and internal meetings.
