I primarily mow lawns and help assist with Landscaping projects when needed.

I am a multitasking ninja! Anything asked of me I do because I trust my managers and get to work with good and cool people. Cash register, Clothes/linens=Soft Goods, Anything else is Hard Goods/merchandise, Donations, Loading the semi trailer for shipments and much more. And I get to help others and my community AND make a little money, its win win. I feel great about my career path and am thrilled to work for such a fine organization. I still love goodwill but I have decided to work outdoors and get more hands on and have free time in the winter months.

Sorting, Tagging and Hanging racks of clothes for shipment to other goodwill stores in the goodwill of the heartland organization.

Performing various retail tasks starting at sorting, tagging, categorizing and hanging clothes. Near the end of my time as a trainee I was performing categorizing and hanging at the same time. I also was very skilled at Donations, Book scanning and any additional tasks I was aked to do. I had the willingness accept direction, work as a team and it made me a better person. Maribeth Moore and Laura Suchomel were my trainers and they taught me A LOT about customer service and good interpersonal skills. I had the drive to succeed but lacked focus on bettering these two areas.

Performing various tasks for business contracts for Goodwill. I was particularly skilled at assembling Whirlpool contracts such as foot brakes and operated a riveting machine. I performed other various tasks but not at the same production speed but I always set goals for myself and strived to meet or exceed expectations.
