After graduating college with industry experience in both journalism and new media (internships at Grand Rapids Magazine and local newspapers), I took an opportunity to join Farmers Insurance Group in Michigan. Throughout my time with Farmers, I have been fortunate to gain valuable professional experience in different business units. My journey with Farmers has taken me from the front lines of customer service in Personal Lines (auto/home), to a more internal focus handling system enhancements, IT testing/defect intake/problem solving and reporting, and most recently, to the Business Insurance department. The time at Farmers has allowed me to learn more about and refine my skills as a detailed, technical, and innovative problem-solver who enjoys helping and teaching others.
