CurrentStone Mountain Tool is involved in the design and build of CUSTOM TOOLING for specific industrial applications. More specifically we specialize in tooling to do SELECTIVE SOLDERING in the WAVE SOLDER machine for production soldering of components to the printed circuit board. Our other specific business is the design and build of CUSTOM TOOLS to precisly align and apply attachments to AUTOMOTIVE GLASS such as RAIN SENSORS , DEFROSTER CONTACTS , LIFT SASH's to sidelite's , LACE and FOAM DAM's - etc...We design build and integrate the controls for ROBOTIC WORKCELLS for automatic assembly , pick and place , dispensing and inspection. We have complete CAD design in 3-D solid models,CNC machining capacity , frame weld and fab shop along with other conventional machine / fab shop capacity. We offer extensive experience and knowledge in the design and build of CUSTOM TOOLING. Our design staff has a minimum of 12 years with us and shop craftsmen with experience levels ranging to as much as 35 years .
