CurrentI have knowledge of the operation, function, capabilities and limitations of mechanical and electronic equipment required to heat, cool and ventilate a large building or complex. Such equipment consists of fans, ductwork, air inlets and outlets, outside air devices (such as an opening, louver or duct), mixed air chambers, filter sections, heat exchangers (such as hot water coils, steam coils, chilled water coils or refrigerant evaporators), drinking water devices, auxiliary heating devices, compressors, condensers, pumps, various types of valves and thermostats. I'm also knowledgeable of electronic pneumatic controls to start, stop or regulate the flow of air, water, steam, refrigerant and electricity. Ability to install, operate, maintain and repair related equipment, the ability to make visual, audible and mechanical checks of systems operations, recognize the cause of faulty equipment and repair such equipment and/or component parts. I also research the parts I need to fix the problem, order them and have them shipped in a timely manner to make such repairs as quickly as possible. I am responsible of any problem that occurs.
