Throughout my warehouse career within logistics and manufacturing, I have always strived to be operationally focused, realising the importance of a well trained, well motivated, innovative team that produces right first time completion.I have developed my managerial skills over my career and now recognise the importance of including teams in the decision making process, but also the need for everybody within the team to ‘back’ the collective decision.I have always been committed to whatever task is given to me and have a record of achieving set goals within targets and cost.I strongly believe in and have delivered the annual performance reviews, a process that gives people the chance of developing, in line with a company values and beliefs, also inline with their aspiration, both professionally and personally.I am aware of the importance of good changeover practices, the need to communicate effectively at all levels, and the need to meet legal and health and safety requirements, whilst ensuring KPI’s are achieved.I have excellent time management qualities.In the past I have done promotional presentations to schools and other groups as part of an localised integration project.My past experience includes both supervision and management experience.There roles both demanded that I needed to be a good team leader, and been able to prioritise my own and teams tasks.
