I am litigator who started honing my trial skills in the area criminal defense. This allowed me to gain abundant courtroom experience. My curiosity and my desire to help those who need access to the courts in diverse areas litigation led me to pursue legal actions in the areas of law relating to personal injury, workers compensation, commercial, probate, administrative and real estate matters.I believe that litigators whenever possible should expand both their service availability and effectiveness. Our courts are often inaccessible to good people who do not have the financial resources to hurtle the initial financial bar that is so often placed before them in order to get effective representation. Attorneys are often faced with the dilemma of having the desire to help a litigant while feeling that the financial reward justifying it help may not be easily apparent. While our experience and training when applied appropriately should yield a good living, in some areas of litigation it is up to the attorney to be creative in fashioning a win-win financial approach where both the attorney and client are benefited and access to the legal system is expanded. It is too easy for those of us in a very competitive market to rely on conventional concepts of fee generation and forget that we are entrusted with a very fundamental service-playing our part in a system of justice.This requires the attorney to continue to improve ways of improving efficiency and effectiveness in providing litigation services and continue to appreciate the humanity of those who depend on us.
