* Currently managing the project schedules for two main projects: Stealth Firewall and Host Media Processing (HMP) SDK.* Software architect and API technical prime for the HMP SDK.* Designed and implemented an open source queuing mechanism to deliver packets from iptables/nfqueue to a propriety firewall rules server using a GPL-compliant mechanism.* Implemented IPv6 support in our HMP SDK using a dual IP stack approach allowing our software to receive and establish both IPv6 and IPv4 connections. This support will be released to customers in the next major release.* Designed and implemented a mobile “follow-me” Android OS app from scratch that communicates with a remote server through push (Google c2dm) and basic http requests. All data is formatted using JSON and encrypted for security. OAuth 2 authentication (password grant-type) was used to verify all requests. Various demos have been held to advertise this product both within and outside the company.* Developed the core foundation for signalling and common framework element entities within the HMP SDK.* Presented the initial demo for the HMP SDK to a customer in Montreal to great reviews.* Led a small team to design and implement a high-level C/C++ API designed to simplify the customer interface to the HMP SDK. This high-level API has greatly reduced code complexity and is now presented to all new HMP SDK customers.* Led a small team to design and implement the second generation of an automated regression test framework that is still in use today after 8 years.* Team lead responsible for all areas of design, implementation and testing.* Wrote large segments of customer documentation describing the various API elements and how they are used.

* Co-founded the company with a few former Nortel employees.* Designed and developed the architecture for a distributed telephony services platform using PIKA telephony boards.* Implemented the interface layer between the services platform and the telephony hardware.

* Within a 4 week period, learned how the CAS R2 protocol operated and updated an undocumented in-house CAS R2 protocol stack to support additional country variants as well as re-verify already supported country variants.* Documented the in-house CAS R2 protocol stack to facilitate future updates.* Provided 4 weeks of support for the stack.

* Designed and developed WAP-enabled websites for Digital PCS phones using phone.com software (included “push” capabilities).* Designed and developed host/client software for RIM Blackberry devices over the Mobitex digital networks. This software was used to develop GUI applications that accessed various services provided by our host application server.* Designed and developed a generic scripting engine for rapid deployment of CTI applications.* Designed and developed a C++ based platform software to interface with Dialogic and Brooktrout PRI/VoIP/POTS/Conferencing hardware. A common application interface (patent granted) was implemented to access this platform.

* Developed a test environment suitable for testing the GSF Connections software using the Nortel Proprietary Virtual SOS (switch operating system) environment.* Connections Support Prime and Connections Integration Prime.* Designed and implemented parts of the GSF Incremental Class Loading (ICL) subsystem.
