• PM CIS Group: Construction SME; cabling, designed data rooms, planning layout of control rooms,layout of power distribution (sub-stations), scheduling construction.• ROC Project: Review/design/SOW for: Rack Room, Cabling and power distribution. Oversee raisefloor installation. Advisor to PM on construction related issues.• CRC Project: Designing layout of utilities and planning of other phases of the project• Seismic Retrofit: Planned, Budgeted, Scheduled Seismic Retrofit of Boiler/Machine Shops and Clinic.All three seismic projects included the installation of over 50-tons of steel into occupied buildings.• Potable Water Lines: Designing, budgeting, scheduling and running the installation of new 8” drinking waterline throughout the refinery.• Emergency Notification and Response Project: Help provide immediate audible and visual notificationsystem for the entire refinery to meet NFPA-72 requirements.• Design New Communications System: Assist in the design and build a new radio system for the refinery.

• Managed the Closeout process for Regions: 3, 4, 5, and 7, duties included:• Advised upper management on how to certify projects with the Division of the State Architect (DSA). • Reviewed and signed off on all active projects in region 3 prior to closeout.• Resolved all open construction issues with DSA, ROC, REG-4 and contractors.• Reviewed all open change orders, payment issues with contractors and A/E Firms.• Managed the closeout process of over 300 projects with construction cost in excess of $360-million.• Managed active construction projects ranging from $50K to $5M from startup to closeout. • Took over problematic and open projects from departing construction managers.• Projects: Fire Alarm, Data Rooms, Fiber & Power Cabling, CCTV, S&T, HVAC, Electrical, Lighting, Plumbing, Roofing, and Food Service.
